The Glasgow Times is gearing up to celebrate Glasgow's biggest and best youth footballers.
In a special souvenir supplement, The Glasgow Times will be recognising those passionate youngsters who tackle like Andy Robertson, dribble like Lionel Messi and save like Craig Gordon.
With this special edition, we will be sharing team pictures of the city’s rising stars, and putting those special players and teams front and centre.
The Glasgow Times Editor, Stacey Mullen, talked more about the importance of this upcoming edition, the publication date is yet to be announced.
She said: "It is so important that we celebrate grassroots football and recognise the teams who are out there every week playing the beautiful game.
"Glasgow is very much a football city and most young people are involved in playing from an early age.
"We want to recognise some of the sport’s rising stars by creating this souvenir supplement which family members can treasure for years to come."
What makes this exciting edition even better is that you, our fantastic readers, will be playing the most vital role.
We want you to send in pictures of your own, your family’s or even friend’s youth football teams and players.
They can be from any league and any area in the city.
