Network Rail has issued a response after commuters spotted a 'worrying' leak at Queen Street station.
Footage shared with the Glasgow Times reveals a liquid dripping out of the ceiling on a lower-level platform of the station.
A Network Rail spokesperson said: “Our maintenance team are aware of this and are addressing it.”
The cause of the leak is not currently known.
The Glasgow Times understands that there is no risk to commuters.
Queen Street Station recently underwent a £120 million redevelopment as part of the Scottish Government funded Edinburgh Glasgow Improvement Programme (EGIP).
It is understood that at the time of the revamp, the lower level of Queen Street station was managed by Abellio Scotland under a different funding umbrella.
