Five suspects are to stand trial all charged with being involved in the murder of a man.
Craig Watson was allegedly killed in Whitevale Gardens, Dennistoun, Glasgow on April 17 last year.
Robert Greig, 31, Kieran Crawford, 20, Jamie Fullerton, 20, Laughlin Duffy, 18, and a 16 year-old boy - who cannot be named due to his age - deny murdering the 39-year-old.
It is alleged Mr Watson was pursued, pushed as well as being repeatedly punched and kicked on the head and body.
The case called for a hearing at the High Court in Glasgow today.
Both defence lawyers and prosecutor Michelle Brannagan said they were ready for trial to be set.
Miss Brannagan told judge Lord Matthews: "I would invite the court to fix a trial - with a 10 day estimate duration - for May 28 2024 in Glasgow."
The case was continued until then.
