A RANGERS fan has lost more than two stone after taking part in the latest Football Fans in Training (FFIT) programme.
William Brown is one of more than 37 participants who completed the 12-week course with the Rangers Charity Foundation at Ibrox stadium.
Participants, who were part of three groups, lost 28.81 stone in total and 95.63 inches in waist loss.

Mr Brown, from Glasgow, lost a total of 2.69 stone and 3.14 inches from his waist.
The 62-year-old credits the Rangers Charity Foundation and its FFIT programme for changing his mindset when it comes fitness and healthy eating and says the impact has been "life-changing".
He said: "I became involved in the programme as I had reached almost 26 stone and had to change my life as I could hardly leave the house for any meaningful day-to-day chores.
"FFIT was win or bust for me and thankfully it has worked to change my life.
"My mental health and outlook on life is fantastic.
"The next stage is to get down to 15 stone and keep it off.
"I couldn’t even have thought about that if it wasn’t for FFIT so I am very thankful.
"I would recommend it to anyone. The care and encouragement coach John Joyce gave me was phenomenal."

FFIT, run in partnership with the SPFL Trust, is Europe's leading healthy lifestyle programme and can help kick-start your health, wellbeing and fitness.
The programme works with men and women, aged between 35 and 65 years old, who are overweight.
Long-term research has proved FFIT participants not only lose weight on the course but mostly keep it off and maintain a healthier lifestyle long after the course has finished.
This is, in part, because of the opportunity to continue attending FFIT For Life sessions at the Ibrox to maintain momentum.
