THE stars of a popular football podcast have recently been spotted at a Glasgow restaurant.
The Open Goal podcast hosts, including footballer and manager Simon Ferry, paid a visit to the Amber Regent yesterday to grab a bite to eat and record their latest episode.
The visit was announced by the 'thrilled' restaurant via Facebook.

It wrote: "We were thrilled to host the Open Goal boys today as they recorded their latest episode and shared plenty of laughs while filming their award-winning show.
"We enjoyed a front-row seat to our favourite podcast and, of course, the boys tucked into some of our delicious Cantonese cuisine.
"Don’t forget to tune in on Tuesday at 5pm to catch all of the usual fun and banter with a taste of Amber Regent thrown in for good measure.
"Thanks for choosing our restaurant as your filming location."

The visit comes just weeks after Hollywood A-lister Samuel L Jackson took a trip to the restaurant while filming in Scotland.
The Open Goal podcast is known for interviewing top footballers, providing commentary on games and discussing all the latest news in the sport.
