A MAN was charged in Glasgow after police stopped him driving his new car.
Road policing officers stopped the 21-year-old on Closeburn Street in Possil around 12.45pm yesterday.
On Twitter, the unit said: "Glasgow Road Policing had to rain on the parade of the new owner of this car.
"We all enjoy that new car feeling, but please do things properly. Stopped, reported, seized.
"Minimum six points, £300 fine and recovery costs."
The man was charged in connection with road traffic offences and will be reported to the procurator fiscal.
