A hit BBC show was spotted filming in Glasgow's West End.
Lorries, vans, and police cars lined Berkeley Street and Elderslie Street on Wednesday afternoon as filming got underway for the new series of Vigil.
The first series, starring Suranne Jones and Rose Leslie, was the most-watched new drama on UK television since Bodyguard in 2018, attracting 13 million viewers.
We reported in March that the second series of Vigil would be welcoming Scots actor Dougray Scott to the cast, along with Romola Garai, Amir El-Masry, David Elliot, Chris Jenks, Tommy Sim’aan, Oscar Salem, Jonathan Ajayi and Hiba Medina.
Scenes appeared to be taking place at a property on Berkeley Street.
Signs were posted around the block that read: "Caution: Filming in progress. Please be aware that some actors are dressed in police uniforms.
"We appreciate your cooperation and thank you for your patience during the filming of this production."
Three police vehicles were spotted at different locations where the filming was taking place along with one ambulance.
There will be six episodes in the new series of Vigil, which director Lindsay Salt described as taking place in a "richly fascinating new world".
