A helicopter was spotted in Glasgow today as police searched for two men.
Officers were called to Drakemire Drive in the Castlemilk area of the city just before 10 am this morning.
This is following reports of two men acting suspiciously near a car.
An eyewitness has described hearing and seeing a helicopter in the area.
The Glasgow Times understands that specialist resources, including the Air Support Unit, were in attendance.
Nobody has been traced and the investigation continues.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9.50am on Friday, May 5, police were called to a report of two persons acting suspiciously in a vehicle on Drakemire Drive, Glasgow.
“Officers attended and searches were carried out. No persons have been traced at this time, however, enquiries are ongoing.”
