A SIXTH person has been arrested in connection with the death of a man in Greenock.
We previously reported Neil Canney was found seriously injured on the doorstep of his home on Nairn Road at around 1.15am on Tuesday, February 28.
The 37-year-old was taken by ambulance to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow, where he died a short time later.

A 24-year-old man has now been arrested in connection with his death and a report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
Five men, aged 22, 23, 27, 28 and 38, have already been arrested and charged in connection with his death, and have appeared at Greenock Sheriff Court.
An investigation remains ongoing.
