TWO brothers accused of hosting a gathering at their restaurant during the pandemic have a warrant out for their arrest.
Ryan Fox, 40, and Brett Fox, 39, allegedly committed the crime at Glasgow’s Mini Bar and Grill on January 23, 2021.
Court papers state the pair culpably and recklessly hosted a social gathering at the city centre location.
It is stated that the premises were required to be closed due to coronavirus restrictions.
Alcohol was alleged to have been served at the gathering.
This is said to have exposed the brothers and others to the risk of transmission of viruses or disease during the pandemic.
The Foxs had appeared at a number of previous hearings at Glasgow Sheriff Court.
They were also represented by their lawyer Bob McCormick at other hearings they did not attend.
The brothers, of the city’s Burnside, were not present on Friday for a trial.
A warrant for the arrest was granted by Sheriff Patricia Pryce.
