Post Malone has teased a new album, revealing his latest music video was shot in Scotland.

The 27-year-old performed at the OVO Hydro on Saturday night as part of his Twelve Carat Tour.

Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, the rapper, whose name is Austin Richard Post, announced that he would be releasing an album this summer on July 28 called Austin.

He told his 23.4 million followers: "It's been some of the funnest music, some of the most challenging and rewarding music.

"For me at least you know, I'm trying to really push myself and do some really cool stuff.

"And I played guitar on every song on the record, and it was a really, really fun experience, and I'm super, super excited to share it with you."

His hit new song Chemical, which he performed during his set in Glasgow, will be on the record in addition to a new song, Mourning, which will come out on Friday.

Post Malone added: "We just shot a music video in Scotland, it's absolutely stunning up there, and there's a big a** ice cube in it, which I thought was pretty bada**."

A videographer was spotted on stage during his show at the Hydro, but Glasgow fans will have to wait until Friday to find out if the gig will feature in the new music video.
