SECTIONS of a major road in the heart of Glasgow city centre are closed due to manhole repairs.
Cathedral Street, which runs along several University of Strathclyde and City of Glasgow College buildings, is closed eastbound from North Hanover Street to North Frederick Street.

Diversions are in place via North Hanover Street, George Square and North Frederick Street.
The closure is in place due to ongoing manhole repairs.
