Police have arrested a man after being called to meet a Glasgow flight arriving from Ibiza over allegations of drug offences.
The officers rushed to the aircraft yesterday at about 2pm as it landed at Glasgow Airport.
Police Scotland said a 50-year-old man has now been reported to the procurator fiscal for alleged drugs offences following the touchdown of the Jet2 plane.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 50-year-man is the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal for alleged drugs offences after police were called to meet a flight from Ibiza to Glasgow Airport around 2pm on Monday, 15 May 2023.”
