A Scottish charity that has been 'saving' families for nearly a decade is on the hunt to launch a cancer support centre in Glasgow.
Team Jak, which provides emotional, social and practical support to children and young people with cancer and their families, was established in 2015 by inspirational teenager Jak Trueman who passed away at the age of 15 from an aggressive form of cancer.

The charity now wants to bring a Jak's Den to Glasgow where children with cancer can play and socialise and families can get support.
Jak's mum and chief executive of Team Jak, Allison Barr, said with the rise in the need for support, they want to create a 'home away from home' for people who need support on their journey and beyond.
