Ryan Bowman, Director at Bow Hospitality, said: “We’ve been blown away by the response to The Merchant since we opened.
"It’s been fantastic to meet all our guests and we’re so appreciative of the support. We will continue to innovate on our menus to offer memorable dining experiences.
"Our new lunch menu is packed full of flavour and signature dishes and we can’t wait for our guests to the restaurant to try it.”
Some of the dishes include a delicate Heritage Beetroot Salad with roasted hazelnuts and a zesty blood orange balsamic dressing, or a premium Steak and Blue Cheese or a crisp Chargrilled Chicken Salad that’s cooked over flaming hot coals on their custom-built Argentinian-inspired Parrilla grill.
