A doctor is claimed to have indecently assaulted a patient in front of her infant daughter.
David Baillie, 70, allegedly examined her breasts and put his hand down her trousers at a health centre in North Glasgow in 1993.
The woman told a jury that she went to the doctor complaining of stomach pains.

She also stated that Baillie got “excited” during a smear test on her three weeks later.
Baillie, of Coatbridge, is charged with two charges of indecent assault on a different woman between 1994 and 1999.
He is accused of carrying out a sex attack on the now 51-year-old after telling her she was expecting twins.
She earlier claimed that Baillie unclipped her bra and conducted a “thorough examination” on her breasts.
Baillie’s indictment includes a docket which includes evidence in the trial the Crown will lead without prosecution.
Glasgow Sheriff Court heard today from a 52-year-old featured on the docket.
She claimed that she attended Baillie’s office with her two-year-old daughter in 1993 with stomach pain complaints.
The woman stated that Baillie led her to stand at a medical bed and pulled the curtain over.
She claimed that Baillie asked her to take her top off to examine her stomach.
Prosecutor Mark Allan asked what happened next.
She replied: “The doctor went behind me and removed the bra - he put it on the bed.
“I was very uncomfortable that’s when I thought my daughter was getting really upset.”
The woman added that Baillie instructed her to move both of her arms in the air.
Mr Allan asked what he was doing.
She replied: “Breast examination feeling for lumps which I never had in my life before.”
When asked how she felt, the witness said: “Absolutely horrible, I couldn’t wait to get out of there, I’m sure my daughter noticed.
“She pulled the curtain back and said ‘What are you doing to my mum?’”
The woman added that Baillie put his hand on her stomach before putting his hand down her trousers.
She said: “I pushed him away and grabbed my t-shirt.”
The woman claimed that Baillie conducted a smear test on her weeks after the incident.
She stated that she “did not anticipate” Baillie doing the test.
The woman added that she was also alone when it took place.
She said: “I don’t know if he was getting excited at that point but I’m sure he was.
“I was waiting for it to be over and done with.”
Baillie is further stated to have indecently assaulted a third who also appears on the docket between 1994 and 1999.
This includes at the GP practice and a hospital in North Glasgow.
It is stated that Baillie on various occasions touched the woman inappropriately, undid her bra and groped her on the breasts as well as made indecent remarks.
Prosecutor Mark Allan asked the witness how she felt about what happened to her.
She replied: "For many many years, I tried to concentrate on my children and put it behind me but it was always there.
"I can see him standing in front of me with his checked shirt and chino trousers."
The woman told Desmond Cheyne, defending, that she was not offered a chaperone by Baillie when he examined her.
The advocate also asked why the woman went back to see Baillie on further occasions.
She replied: "When going to the GP who is professional and believes he is making the right decisions and this is what he should be doing, why would you question what he is doing?"
The trial continues before Sheriff Shona Gilroy.
