Firefighters are currently battling flames at a former Glasgow community hub.
Emergency services were called to the building, which formerly belonged to charity South West Arts and Music Project (SWAMP) in Pollok shortly after 6.30pm today, after reports of a fire.
Images show the building engulfed in flames and smoke as 999 crews work to extinguish the blaze.
Nearby Barbeth Street and Lyoncross Road have been cordoned off.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed that they are in attendance at a building fire on Lyoncross Road, with four appliances.
