UPDATE: Man rushed to hospital after cyclist hit by car in Glasgow
A crash close to a city police station has forced the closure of several Glasgow streets in the East End.
Fielden Street is closed in both directions from Crownpoint Road to A74 London Road and Barrowfield Street to Frazer Street following a report of a crash.
Police officers are in attendance.
The force said the crash happened in Fielden Place at around 8.40am this morning. The location is next to London Road police station.
The incident has attracted a huge police presence with uniformed officers manning a police cordon and several cars parked within.
Road investigations also appear to be underway.
We previously reported that the road was closed due to an ongoing incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We received a report of a crash on Fielden Place, Glasgow around 8.40am on Monday, 29 May, 2023.
“Officers are in attendance.
“Fielden Street, Glasgow is closed in both directions from Crownpoint Road to A74 London Road and Barrowfield Street to Frazer Street."
