Glasgow has enjoyed the warm weather today, ahead of more warm days.
People gathered at the sunny spots today to make the most of the heatwave, which brought temperatures of 21°C.
According to the MET Office, more summer afternoons are ahead of us this week as highs of 23°C to 19°C are expected every day.
With very low chances of rain and wind, it is time to get the sunglasses and sunscreen out.
Glasgow Times photographer Colin Mearns took to Kelvingrove Park to capture the sunbathers.
