The body of a man was found in the canal in Glasgow.
Emergency services, including police, firefighters and ambulance crews, were called to the Clyde and Forth Canal, last night around 11.30pm.
A search was carried out and the body of a man was recovered from the water this morning around 9.20am.
An investigation is ongoing but the death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.30pm on Saturday, June 3, 2023, officers received a report of concern for a person at the Forth and Clyde canal, near Firhill Road, Glasgow.
"Emergency services attended and searches were carried out.
"Around 9.20am on Sunday, June 4, 2023, the body of a man was recovered from the water.
"Enquiries are ongoing and there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances."
