A legendary jockey is set to pay a visit to a famous racecourse prior to his retirement from the saddle.
Frankie Dettori, who is often considered 'the greatest jockey of all time', is expected to visit the Hamilton Park Racecourse for the G4 Claims Ltd Glasgow Stakes Racenight on Friday, July 21.
The appearance will come ahead of Dettori's final season in the sport.
Frankie himself said: "I’m really looking forward to making the trip to Hamilton Park this summer.
"It’s been a long time since I’ve ridden at the course and I can’t wait to see my Scottish fans and hopefully ride a winner or two."

Gates for the event open at 4pm, with six exciting races getting underway at 5.55pm including the EBF Glasgow Listed Stakes and G4 Claims Ltd Scottish Stewards Cup.
There will also be music provided by the fantastic Simple Minded and Deacon Blues tribute acts after the races.
Newly-appointed Clerk of the Course at Hamilton Park, Carol Bartley said: "We’re incredibly excited at the prospect of Frankie coming to Hamilton this summer to give his Scottish fans the chance to see him in action before his retirement.
"It’s been over 10 years since his last ride at Hamilton Park and we’ve been working closely with Frankie and his team to ensure that there are opportunities for the fans to get a picture or an autograph with him on the night as well as seeing him in action.
Naturally, nothing’s guaranteed due to the nature of our sport, but we’re doing all we can to make sure that Hamilton Park features in his ‘Farewell Tour’."
