A driver was charged after a member of the public reported him for drunk driving.
Police stopped the 60-year-old man in Glasgow's Robroyston on a footpath he allegedly had mistaken for a road.
He is due in court today.
In a Facebook post, Police Scotland said: "Thanks to the public for reporting this drunk driver in the Robroyston area earlier tonight.
"Glasgow Road Policing caught up with the car whilst stationary halfway down a footpath the driver had mistaken for a road.
"Arrested.
"Charged.
"Held for court."
