Multiple fire engines raced to a block of flats in Glasgow after a report of 'burning'.
The appliances were pictured at Scaraway Terrace in the city's Milton on Sunday evening.
Fire crews were attending following a report of a smell of burning in the area.
When they arrived to check a building on the street, it was confirmed that there was no sign of fire or smoke.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 9.49pm on Sunday, July 2 to reports of a smell of burning at Scaraway Terrace, Glasgow.
“Operations Control mobilised four fire appliances and one height vehicle to the scene.
“Firefighters checked the building and established no sign of fire or smoke.
"Crews left the scene after ensuring the area was safe."
