What an unforgettable performance from the sensational Dream Wife this afternoon.
The punk-rock band from London certainly brought their A game to the King Tut's stage at TRNSMT.
Playing their big hits like Social Lubrication, Who Do You Wanna Be and Leech, the band had the eager crowd moving from start to finish.
Declaring their excitement to be back in Glasgow, lead singer Rakel Mjöll said: "It's so fun to be in Glasgow.
"It's so wonderful to be back here."
The band then proceeded to give a shoutout to Scottish singer Lucia Fairfell of Lucia and The Best Boys who took the stage prior to the four-piece.
Before playing their tune Somebody, the band made their statement on gender clear.
Mjöll said: "This song is for the bad b*****s.
"Because being a bad b**** has nothing to do with gender.
"Gender is a social construct, do you agree?"
To which the Glasgow Green crowd gave an eager cheer and clap.
Dream Wife where an absolute force on the Glasgow Green stage today.
Bringing high energy and punchy tunes, they made it clear that they are going places.
Hopefully, we will see their rightful graduation to the main stage next year.
