A learner driver and his dad were reported by police for having 'no insurance after being stopped in Lanarkshire.
Road policing officers came across a father teaching his son how to drive in Glenmavis.
After it was discovered that the learner was not added to the vehicle's insurance, they were both reported and will likely be fined for £300 and gain six penalty points.
On Twitter, the force said: "Lanarkshire Road Policing stopped this learner driver earlier being given a lesson by his dad.
"Unfortunately for both of them; his dad never added him to the vehicle's insurance.
"A vital lesson for both in keeping your documents valid and up to date. Remember don't risk it."
