999 crews rescued a person from the Glasgow canal.
Emergency services were alerted just after 12.30pm yesterday that a person needed assistance in the water, off Bard Avenue.
Firefighters raced to the scene and helped the person to safety, where ambulance crews took them into their care.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: "We were alerted at 12.31pm on Sunday, July 23 to reports of a person in need of assistance within water at Glasgow's Bard Avenue.
"Operations Control mobilised two fire appliances and two water rescue units to the area, where firefighters helped lead one casualty to safety.
"The casualty was thereafter passed into the care of Scottish Ambulance Service personnel."
