A stretch of road in the city centre will be closed for weeks while works are underway.
Holland Street will be closed between St Vincent Street and West George Street as part of the Holland Street Avenues Project.
Part of the Glasgow City Region Deal 'Avenues' programme, Holland Street will be transformed into a more 'people friendly, attractive, greener, more sustainable, and more economically competitive area', says Glasgow City Council.
The street will be closed from July 31 to August 23 and working hours will be from 8am until 4pm, Monday to Friday.
The proposed road and public realm footway transformation on Holland Street is aimed at delivering a key connective element of the overall avenue project goal.
The road at Holland Street will be re-aligned and sections will be re-constructed and re-surfaced along the length of the road closure.
The proposed diversion route will be via Bath St, Elmbank St.
