A driver was reported and charged after Glasgow police officers stopped him.
Cops spotted the vehicle in the city earlier today and said it had "some of the most dangerous tyres they have seen in a while".
The car also did not have insurance and the driver's licence was expired.
On Twitter, the force said: "Glasgow Road Policing stopped this van earlier today.
"A number of offences were identified, including some of the most dangerous tyres we've seen in a while."
