A fundraiser has been launched to help the family of a man who was found dead in Glasgow.
As the Glasgow Times reported earlier, officers were called to Stravanan Road in the city's Castlemilk at around 4.30pm on Friday, July 28.
A 21-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene, and he has now been named as Ryan Willcox.
An 18-year-old man has been charged in connection with Ryan's death.
There has since been an outpouring of tributes for Ryan and a GoFundMe page has been organised in his memory.
It read: "We are trying to raise funds for Ryan's family to help with the impending costs.
"Ryan was a worker, who loved his football and his holidays. He was loved and well thought of, he will be sorely missed."
Over £1700 has so far been raised for the Castlemilk man.
Many have paid tribute to him, with one person writing: "Ryan, it was a pleasure to know and work with you.
"I will miss that cheeky smile, our last event was the golf and I was looking forward to having you on my team at the cycling at Glasgow Green.
"Rest in peace."
Another person added: "I am thinking of all the family at this horrific time.
"Ryan was a beautiful, lovely young man."
