A crash on a busy road has disrupted rush-hour traffic.
The A725 southbound is partially blocked near Bellshill due to a collision, first reported by Traffic Scotland at around 8.20am.
Drivers are being urged to take care when approaching the area.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were made aware of a crash involving a single vehicle on the A725 around 8.10am on Monday, July 31.
"There were no reported injuries and the vehicle was recovered."
