A Glasgow road will be shut for almost a week as drivers are advised to avoid the area.
Rye Road, in Barmulloch, North Glasgow, will be closed from 9am on Monday, September 4, until 4pm on Friday, September 8.
This is to facilitate resurfacing works.
Drivers are advised to avoid the area during this time period as delays are to be anticipated.
Local access will be maintained throughout the work and all vehicles will be diverted along nearby Ryehill Road.
