New plans have been submitted to replace an old Glasgow pub with flats.
The White Elephant, on Merrylee Road, could be demolished after the council received a planning application to build houses on the site.
Previously, as the Glasgow Times reported at the time, a similar plan was submitted but bosses rejected it, saying it would be an "overdevelopment of the site and is therefore poorly designed and inconsistent with the six qualities of successful places".
Now, the new design, by applicant White Elephant Property Limited, includes six two-bedroom flats and six three-bedroom flats.
Documents claim the new application "overcomes the reasons for refusal" of the first one and "addresses the wider policy and technical context".
According to the papers, the site would be home to a retail store at ground floor level, with the homes above it.
