A driver who was 'caught with cocaine' has been arrested after he was pursued on the M74 by police on Saturday.
After failing to stop for Glasgow Road Police on the motorway between Polmadie and Dalmarnock, the man allegedly attempted to 'try his luck on foot'.
Following the arrest, officers allegedly found a large stash of cocaine in the car.
He also faces charges for allegedly driving with no licence or insurance, dangerous driving, drug driving, and failing to stop.
The man is due in court on Monday, September 4.
A spokesperson for Glasgow Road Police said: "This car failed to stop for Glasgow Road Police on the M74 earlier today.
"Pursued into the Dalmarnock area, the male driver tried his luck on foot. However, he was swiftly captured."
