Emergency services were called to a vehicle fire in Coatbridge last night.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed that they attended the incident around 11pm last night, on Fredrick Street.
One fire engine was dispatched and the flames were extinguished.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 10.50pm on Saturday, September 2, two cars were set on fire in Frederick Street, Coatbridge.
"Officers attended and enquiries are ongoing."
