A beloved Glasgow restaurant's plan to build a takeaway space has been approved.
Kastriot's in Baillieston has been given permission to build an addition to the back of the restaurant, "constructed from a modified shipping container with timber cladding".
The extra facility will serve as a takeaway space and include a patio area with seasonal seating.

According to documents, the Mediterranean eatery has seen an increase in demand for deliveries and takeaway food recently.
Currently, there is a car park at the site where the development is planned but, according to the application, the number of spaces will remain 12.
Operating hours are expected to be Monday to Sunday, from 11am until 8pm.
