Emergency services were alerted after items were thrown from a Glasgow window.
Police officers attended Kingsway Court just after 7pm, following reports of the incident.
In pictures sent to the Glasgow Times, cops can be seen inspecting cars in the area.
An eyewitness told us that the object fell to an area where children were playing and cars were parked.
The force has confirmed that no injuries were reported and a 38-year-old man will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 7.05pm on Wednesday, 6 September, to a report of items being thrown from a window in the Kingsway Court area of Glasgow.
“Officers attended and no one was injured.
“A 38-year-old man will be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.”
