A local barber has been forced to increase its prices due to rising costs.
Steven's Barbershop, based in Kirkintilloch, made the 'unavoidable' decision and assured customers that they kept prices as low as they could.
It comes as the cost-of-living crisis continues to impact businesses, as highlighted in the Glasgow Times campaign Beat the Squeeze.
A statement read: "We have increased our prices slightly.
"We’ve held off as long as we possibly can, but due to a rise in running costs, it’s totally unavoidable.
"We’ve kept our prices as low as we can.
"As a small business in these difficult times, with so much competition out there these days, we really appreciate every customer that comes through our door.
"Thank you to all our customers for your loyalty and continued support."
