UPDATE: The slip is now open.
A major road in Glasgow is closed due to flooding.
The Kingston Bridge is shut at the off slip to the A814 Clydeside Expressway.
It will remain closed until the surface water is removed.
Drivers are urged to seek another route.
A Traffcom bulletin from Glasgow City Council reads: "Due to flooding the M8 Kingston Bridge Eastbound off slip to the A814 Clydeside Expressway is currently closed.
"The slip will remain closed until the surface water has been removed."
It comes as the Met Office issued a yellow warning for rain across parts of the UK.
In Glasgow, the rain is expected to be heavy all morning before easing off in the afternoon.
