Cops investigating an incident where a man was found injured have found no criminality, it has been revealed.
We previously reported that emergency crews were called to Glenacre Road in Cumbernauld on the morning of September 17.
A man was found injured and he was rushed to hospital while the area was taped off.
A police probe has since been launched to determine the circumstances, but now the force has confirmed that there was no criminality.
A spokesperson said: "Following police enquiries, it was established that no criminality had taken place."
