A restaurant in Finnieston has slashed the price of one of its most popular menu items for three days a week.
The steak frites at Chateau-X will only cost £10 from Monday to Wednesday as part of the menu shake-up.
The new 'Meat the Frites Menu' will focus on the combination of a flat iron steak served with crispy fries.

Diners can customise their meal with a selection of homemade sauces that range from £2 to £2.50, including favourites like peppercorn and bearnaise.
For the three days the deal runs each week, Chateau-X will operate a walk-in-only policy.
Jonathan Dawson, general manager at the restaurant, said: “Our current steak frites offer is one of the most popular items on our menu so it was a no-brainer for us to extend this from Monday to Wednesday.
"We have also dropped the price from £15 to £10pp to make it even more affordable and enticing.
"We understand that our customers love the exceptional quality of our food but also appreciate value for money and a good deal.
"And as consumers continue to become more price aware we want to ensure we are competitive without compromising on the quality or experience for our diners.
"We are also perfectly located to appeal to a broad demographic of customers and we are in the heart of Glasgow’s West End student community who have a huge appetite for eating out.”
Chateau-X sources all of its produce from locally sourced farms and suppliers to ensure quality and seasonality with every bite.
The restaurant's sommelier has also created a new seasonal wine menu which will offer diners a delicious selection of wines at a competitive price point including a French Rough du Bordeaux, a Chilean Malbec and a South African Pinotage.
Chateau-X is located at 10 Claremont Street. Finnieston, Glasgow G3 7HA.
