A shop has taken a step to open a new store at a Glasgow retail park.
Cancer Research UK is bidding to take over the empty unit 19 at the Crown Street retail park in the Gorbals.
The organisation has applied for planning permission to put up signage on unit five, next to the Poundland site.
According to the documents, the charity is proposing to hang three signs on the shopfront, at Gushetfaulds Place in the Southside.

The application is being considered by planning bosses at Glasgow City Council and a decision is expected by Friday, November 17.
