'Delays are to be expected' as a busy Glasgow road closes this week.
Peat Road, between Dunside Drive and Nitshill Road, will be shut from Sunday, October 15 and Thursday, October 19 to facilitate essential carriageway resurfacing works.

Due to the work, delays are to be expected and drivers are advised to use alternative routes where possible.
Diversions will be in place through Barrhead Road.
