Nine companies teamed up recently for a 5-a-side charity tournament.
Organised by Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West), Jordan Electrics, Tough Construction, Advance Construction, Scotia Windows, Hillhouse Precast and Bellway Homes raised a significant £2,842.00 in aid of the construction industry charity, The Lighthouse Club.
The money was raised from team entry fees and a raffle, and a number of stall holders, including the charity were also on hand on the day of the big event.
Organiser Marc Carty of Bellway Homes Ltd (Scotland West) said: “I am so impressed with the turnout on the day.
"Everyone had an amazing time playing and we could not be prouder to raise such a fantastic amount for a really important charity."
The winning team was one from Advance Construction called Atletico Trimble, who beat Jordan Electrics in the final.
They were presented with a trophy, a case of beers and a gift voucher for Top Golf, Glasgow.
The Lighthouse charity provides emotional, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families.
