A West End restaurant institution is up for sale after over two decades.
Ziques on Hyndland Street has hit the market, expecting to fetch offers over £595,000.
After first opening as Cafe Zique in 2001, owner Mhairi Taylor ploughed £50,000 into revamping the eatery as Zique in 2020.
Known for its trendy clientele, the cafe dropped its brunch menu amid the rebrand to focus on serving up a higher-end meal offering.
At the time of the rebrand, Ms Taylor told the Glasgow Times: “I think the way people eat and how they source their food has changed a lot over the past few months.
"I know I love to cook with a lot of vegetables and I suppose I cook by colour, and I hope people will embrace the change in the restaurant.”
Smith & Clough Business Associates, who are marketing the property, describe the 60 cover restaurant as "well renowned and strong performing".
Turnover to May 2023 was estimated to be £632,220 net of VAT and adjusted net profits are in excess of £100,000.
Leasehold offers are invited on the "rarely available freehold opportunity".
