If accepted, the Christian Science Church, at 87 Berkeley Street in the West End, could become a home.

He has purchased this property seeking a single occupancy development and will not be obtaining a multiple occupancy licence.
According to the documents, the site sits within a B-listed building and has been a commercial property for several years after originally being built as a townhouse.
