Howard Crawshaw, managing director of Knight Property Group said: "Our commitment to sustainable speculative industrial and logistics development is exemplified by our ongoing investment programme across Lanarkshire.
"The decision to proceed reflects the success of our existing Langlands project and our strong believe that this development will be positively received by the Scottish market, as well as bringing new businesses and jobs to the area.”
The development is located within the well-established Kelvin South and Langlands industrial areas of East Kilbride, adjacent to Sainsbury’s logistics facility.
