Plans were submitted to "separate" a Glasgow flat to create two homes.

The flat on Cecil Street in the West End currently has three bedrooms, a study, a hall, a kitchen, two bathrooms as well as storage.

According to the documents, the home would be divided into a ground floor and a lower ground flat.

The ground floor space would consist of a living and dining room, a hall, two bedrooms, a bathroom, storage and a kitchen.

The lower ground flat would have one bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen, a hall and dining space.

If successful, both sides will still have a door on the ground floor.
