A hairdresser has closed down in a Glasgow shopping centre.
Supercuts, located on the bottom floor of Buchanan Galleries in the city centre, is no longer trading.
Images show the unit has been emptied and the shutters pulled down, and the salon shows as 'permanently closed' in online searches.
It comes after we reported that the shopping centre was opening five new stores in the run-up to Christmas.
Crystal giftware company Crystal Craft, Calendar Club, vegan cosmetics brand Och and clothing brand Hunky Dory have installed pop-ups in the centre.
Meanwhile, Heritage Accessories has returned for the third year running with an offering of hats, gloves, scarves and accessories from top brands such as Calvin Klein, Pringle, Jeff Banks, Puma, Mackie of Scotland, and Harris Tweed.
A spokesperson for Buchanan Galleries said: “Whilst Supercuts will no longer be part of our centre, we remain committed to providing a diverse and exciting shopping experience for our visitors.
"We have recently introduced five new brands ahead of the festive season, including Crystal Craft, Och Vegan Cosmetics, Hunky Dory and Heritage Accessories, and are actively seeking new retail opportunities to enhance our offering within the centre.”
