Plans were submitted to build a new student accommodation in Glasgow city centre.
The documents were handed to the council to demolish the partially-used office building at 249 West George Street, near Blythswood Square, and build a new site for student housing.
Applicant Courie Investments Ltd is bidding to create a mix of accommodation and innovative amenity spaces.

According to the papers, the place is ideal as it is near several major educational centres and transport links as well.
If successful, the six-story building will include 147 studio apartments, including six accessible flats and one larger apartment.
A communal terrace is also planned on the top floor, along with a laundry room, game room, cinema room, shared kitchens, study space, gym and more.
Previously, two public consultations were carried out about the proposal and the feedback was "generally supportive".
Glasgow City Council bosses are considering the application and a decision is expected by Wednesday, February 28.
