A man was arrested after £4k of suspected stolen goods were allegedly recovered.
The 29-year-old was stopped in a vehicle on Edmiston Drive in the Govan area of the city on Tuesday, November 14 around 6.40pm.
Cops have confirmed that he has since been released pending further enquiry.
The incident was raised on Road Policing Scotland's X post, which read: "Officers from Glasgow Road Policing had the nose for stopping this car. £4k of suspect stolen goods recovered.
"The provisional licence holder also had no insurance & failed the drug wipe for cannabis in Govan today."

A police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 29-year-old man was arrested and released pending further enquiry."
